61. "Dumb plunder"
Robbery and theft are crimes that not every criminal dares to commit. This is not an undercover operation, this is a crime when one has to cold-heartedly look their victim in the eye and openly break the Law. What pushes criminals toward committing such kind of crimes? Dumb reasons, personal offences, greed…

62. "Guilty of negligence"
Tens of thousands of crimes classified as “manslaughter” are committed in Russia annually. The majority of such cases are traffic accidents resulting in nearly forty thousand casualties every year. Failure to observe traffic rules while driving, driving while intoxicated, careless attitude to ones own and other people's lives, reckless pedestrians' behavior on the roads — all these lead to accidents, often with fatal outcomes. Such crimes are not considered grave as they are committed by negligence. By the call of fate, or by accident…

63. "Morozov's thugs"
The film covers the most prominent criminal litigation in the history of independent Belarus, when a crime group which had terrorized the city of Gomel and Gomel Region for 15 years and which had accounted for more than 20 bloody murders finally stood trial. The hearings were held in the Supreme Court as there were some high—ranking officials among the arrested. Overall, five law enforcement officers were implicated in the gang's case, who had allowed the gang to remain unpunished for many years. The investigators charged the thugs with over a hundred crimes, including nineteen homicides, five attempted homicides, ten crimes linked to illegal weapons dealings as well as taking twenty-five people hostage. This is an unprecedented case in the history of the ex-Soviet republic — forty-six people in the dock and 130 present as witnesses. “The case has no analogues, with regards to both the scope and the number of people interrogated, and it has become a challenge for Belarus’ judicial system”, points out the chairman of the Supreme Court Mr. Valentin Sukalo. On December 2005, the Supreme Court of Belarus convicted forty-six hoodlums of Morozov's gang. Three of them were given the death penalty. The former head of the bureau of criminal investigation of Gomel Internal Affairs Directorate, a police colonel, received eighteen years in jail.

64. "The cell phone as an instrument of crime"
A cell phone is not only a modern communication tool. It is also an expensive electronic device. Moreover, cell phones are small and have no in-built security functions. Therefore, they can be easily stolen. Cell phones are not only the objects of crime. They can also serve as instruments, helping to organize crimes.

65. "Greased palms"
People in Russia take bribes because others give them… and vice versa. This is not a “feature of the national character”. Bribery is an ancient concept, common across countries and cultures. One could hardly find a person nowadays in Russia who would never give or take a bribe. Having survived both the Tsarist and the Soviet regimes, bribery in Russia is flourishing and unlikely to disappear. At least, nobody is surprised at the fact that Finland publishes a popular manual entitled “Dealing with Russian customs offices. A manual for Finns” describing how to grease Russian officials' palms.

66. "Criminal and victim. attractive interaction"
Experts take up the position that people often provoke a crime against themselves. The behavior of a victim of violence, where lies a mistake in? Who is predetermined since birth to become a victim? How malefactors choose a person by way of its behavior and appearance as an object of their interest?

67. "Prison for foreigners"
More than 25 thousand foreigners serve their sentence in Russian prisons, at the same time the most part of them - are citizens of CIS and Baltic states. The share of far-abroad countries accounts for more than 300 convicted persons. Citizens of the most populated country in the world - China - take first place in the list of foreigners from far-abroad countries which are sentenced to imprisonment and serve their sentences in Russia. They are followed by Vietnamese and Nigerians. Today in Russia there is only one specialized colony for foreigners. It is located in Mordovia. For what crimes serve their sentences such convicted persons? How they find themselves on prison plank beds, and in a strangle land at that?

68. "Servants of tsar of darkness"
It is hardly possible to find in Russia at least one church which would not have become a target for theft. They are swiping each and all - ancient icons and bells, church utensils and clothes of parishioners. Varieties of organized criminal groups which go all over the country do their dirty business clean out churches and successfully sell off stolen objects. In a pursuit of such lucre criminals stick at nothing. Only during past ten years 28 priests have been killed in our country. Somebody has fallen a victim to pillages and robberies. And somebody was killed for his godly way of living.

69. "Belief in fraud"
Every day in Russia hundreds of swindlers start their dirty deed. They build up tricky schemes and leave people penniless. It is unimportant for a swindler, who is its victim -a businessman or a pensioner, a woman or a man, a schoolboy or a minister. Undoubtedly, swindlers are talented people. In prison they are considered to be the elite, out of prison they are famed in legends. But why such talented people choose such a dishonest way?
